This hotel attracted me with excellent reviews, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of stunning sunsets, stylish yet strictly designed rooms, and its location close to the golf course. But let's not forget about the theme of our selection – of course, there are wonderful breakfasts here. 

In the morning, guests are offered a variety of standard dishes in a buffet format. The selection is quite large, the food is tasty and fresh, however, the breakfast room itself is not big enough, considering the size of the hotel. I think the construction took into account the small number of guests, because there are many restaurants nearby. 

The hotel features a well-equipped gym, a conference room, and an exquisite NH restaurant, which serves international cuisine in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel meets five-star standards, providing maximum comfort for its guests. It is primarily aimed at business travelers, as evident from its interior and location in the commercial and financial district of Guadalajara. 

For my vacation, I wouldn't book it, but for a stay during a business trip, it's just right. An important advantage of the rooms is the fantastic view of the city from the windows. A nice bonus is the automatic curtains! 

In fact, this is an excellent hotel in a great location: surrounded by business centers, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a golf club. The rooms are serviced around the clock, and the staff is very responsive and professional. The attention to detail in this place is impressive! However, in my subjective opinion, it is quite an impersonal hotel when it comes to the interior.

The opposite of the previous one — the Quinta Real hotel is located in a residential area and offers luxurious suite-style rooms just 20 minutes from downtown Guadalajara. There are also exciting attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. The place features antique furniture, original artwork, and ivy-covered pink stone walls. It is nice to have an outdoor pool where you can relax under the hot sun and then enjoy an exquisite dinner at the restaurant. 

On weekends, the hotel serves breakfast in a buffet format, while on weekdays, a menu selection is available as there are significantly fewer guests. In the mornings, various dishes are offered that will appeal to a wide range of guests, such as eggs with bacon, meat and cheese platters, snacks, and salads. However, there is a lack of fresh fruits. 

The hotel rooms are equipped with marble bathrooms featuring bathtubs, bathrobes, and slippers, along with accessories from Salvatore Ferragamo. All of this makes a stay at Quinta Real truly unforgettable. There is even a pillow menu, just think about that! Several categories of rooms are available for accommodation, allowing you to choose the most suitable one. A spacious one-bedroom suite is perfect for a romantic getaway, while a two-bedroom suite is ideal for families. Those who appreciate exclusivity and luxury will love the presidential suite with its lavish design and breathtaking views of the surroundings, while nature lovers will enjoy the suite with a terrace, perfect for those wanting to savor fresh air and panoramic views of the city. Each room is designed with attention to detail and offers the utmost comfort, making Quinta Real the perfect place for relaxation and unwind.

You know, when you travel a lot, there are times when you can no longer remember how one hotel is different from another. I believe that Quinta Real is a place that you will not forget staying at. It is extraordinary both inside and out. I would love to visit here!

El Chante — a cozy retreat located in the picturesque area of Jocotepec, a small town near Guadalajara, not far from Lake Chapala. It's the perfect place for those seeking tranquility and relaxation, wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With its beautiful views, luxurious spa, and comfortable rooms, the hotel offers a unique vacation experience for all guests.

Breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but there are a few caveats. Guests will be served delicious meals, however, the service process may be slow: waiting for the first ordered dishes can take up to 30 minutes. Coffee, juices, and fruits are prepared quickly, but the omelet takes even longer. Upon check-in, you receive a coupon for breakfast payment of approximately 200 pesos, which allows you to choose something from various options. Although the dishes may seem ordinary, and you won't find any rarities here, the quality and taste remain excellent.

The El Chante hotel offers numerous advantages to its guests. The outdoor pool and terrace with loungers are perfect for relaxation in the fresh air. In the spa, take advantage of massage and cosmetic treatments, including Ayurvedic and Thai massages, as well as unique healing procedures of the Aztecs and Mayans. 

Spacious rooms are decorated in Mexican style and equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and iPod docking station. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the lake from some rooms, while the Julia Mía restaurant offers delicious international cuisine with views of the garden and pool.

El Chante — is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a peaceful rest amidst nature and the cultural heritage of Mexico. With its luxurious amenities, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service, this hotel will be a great choice for a romantic weekend or family vacation. Despite some shortcomings in breakfast service and a generally not quite reasonable price-to-quality ratio, the overall experience of staying at El Chante leaves only positive impressions and a desire to return again.
