Guests complain that there are so many cakes and pastries that they can’t try everything before their departure. If you are on a special diet, you definitely won't go hungry. Just think of the vegetarian pies with custard! Of course, hearty dishes are also abundantly available here. Guests call the local cuisine truly royal: meat delicacies, salmon, a wide selection of hot appetizers. Your breakfast will be complemented by drinks such as exquisite Mariage Frères tea, aromatic Lavazza coffee, or delicious hot chocolate.

This charming hotel is located near the Old Port of Marseille and has an excellent location. Major attractions are just a few minutes' walk away, and others can be reached by bus, which stops at the hotel entrance. Nearby is the Pierre Bouques Park, a nice place for peaceful walks in the shade of trees. And don't forget to check out the local boutiques, bars, and restaurants; I know they have excellent reviews.

High ceilings are especially beautiful in public places and represent a masterpiece of architecture. Thanks to the height of the ceilings, the windows are also large, allowing a lot of natural light to enter the rooms. The spiral staircase and the hanging crystal chandeliers deserve the loudest applause. So does the professionalism of the designer who created a masterpiece of eclecticism in a historical building.

The service packages are presented in a wide variety, including additional meals, free spa treatments, but the opportunity to take a guided city tour attracted me the most. If you are on a diet and it is important for you that the dishes do not contain lactose, gluten, or animal meat, then the InterContinental Marseille is your choice. Chef Arno Davene prefers organic products sourced from local farmers. Dishes made with eggs in various variations and with different fillings, freshly baked waffles, a variety of fruit juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. I definitely won’t leave here hungry.

It's very easy to feel like a hero from childhood fairy tales - you just need to check into the InterContinental Marseille. The high ceilings, arched windows, and massive columns preserve the grandeur of the 18th-century building. Modern furniture and decor blend harmoniously into the space. The choice of natural hues in the interior creates a cozy and homely atmosphere. The green inner courtyards, evening lighting, and the view from the windows of the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica particularly impressed me. I feel like I won't want to leave this place.

Designer Jean-Philippe Nuel has prepared the hotel rooms for the comfortable stay of guests. He used only high-quality materials in the decoration of the hotel rooms and emphasized an elegant style with warm shades. The bathrooms are spacious, featuring large illuminated mirrors and a separate bathtub by the window with shutters. Some hotel rooms are equipped with their own terrace, offering unforgettable views.

Visit local attractions such as the Notre Dame de La Garde basilica, which can be seen from the windows. It is the highest point in Marseille, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. Don't miss the chance to go up there, as entry is free. The Old Port of Marseille, located nearby, attracts all tourists. And for good reason, as it is a great place to experience the local flavor, enjoy delicious food, and watch the fishermen. There is also La Vieille Charite, Les Calanques, Cathedrale de la Major, and many more. I can't list all the attractions!
